We believe everyone in Australia deserves to have access to safe, healthy, and dignified housing, where communities thrive.

  • Numerous factors have contributed to the housing crisis in Australia, but we believe many of them can be mitigated or overcome by changing the approach to how projects are built.

    Construction costs have risen astronomically in recent years due to high demand, labor shortages, supply chain interruption and inflation. By collaborating with like minded businesses, implementing a streamlined approach and cutting out multiple profit margins that are built into the supply chain, we aim to reduce construction costs by at least 20%.

    By adopting cradle-to-cradle principles, we pursue broader opportunities during construction to support and enhance communities in areas of employment, education, health and the environment.

OUR APPROACH

Construction that’s client-first, not-for-profit, and future-focussed.

  • We operate on a cost-only basis - you only pay for the actual cost of construction, with no profit margin.

    We procure materials directly from manufacturers to cut profit margins through the supply chain. We also seek discounts/donations from suppliers including large National chains and local businesses.

  • We operate with a strictly open book policy. We maintain complete transparency throughout each project and our systems are accessible to all stakeholders.

    We engage subcontractors and suppliers using fair contractual arrangements to ensure high standards in quality, safety and attendance.

  • We partner with businesses who want to support the local community that supports them. We celebrate their involvement through promotion on our website and various other marketing channels.

    Together we create mutually beneficial outcomes for everyone involved.

  • We provide opportunities for apprentices and trainees, as well as opportunities for community involvement, such as open days, school excursions and work experience.
